 Grand Summary      Emotional intelligence plays an important role in aiming to become successful with your career and building relationships with the important people in life, especially the close friends and family. In each of the sources I gathered they all share the same point as to being emotionally intelligence is having the ability of self awareness, self regulation, empathy, and social skills.      The discussions about managing our emotions regardless of the situation and handling it well is the key to having high EI. The four attributes that was mentioned are all interconnected with each other. All the authors discussed similar ideas focusing on those four attributes.
